Finally, I will take a minute to inform you about my thoughts concerning the Trade Fair and Overall Attitude about the Event at Rebecca Farm, July 23, 24, 25, 2004.

With over 30 years of experience of doing Trade Show, Conventions, Open Houses, County Fairs, State Fairs.

It was a very special to see a group of organizers do it Perfect.

Everything was done right.
From the Maps to the Property.
The Greeter/Security Entering the Property
The Traffic and Parking Personnel
The Trade Show Area and Information Courtesy Booth
The Cleanliness of all Area and Servicing of Everything:
From the Portable Toilets to the Trash Cans, even the BBQ area Saturday night.

Everything was Organized and Maintained perfectly.

As I stated above, with over 30 years of attending and exhibiting at trade Fairs and Conventions.

This was by Far the Best Organized and Maintained Show I have ever attended.

My hat is off to everyone involved in this Major Production!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I received my information packet and vendor application in yesterday's mail and would like to thank you for inviting me back again this year (2005). As I told you last year when I was participating as a vendor at the EVENT, I was so impressed with the facilities at Rebecca Farm and the venue for vendors was so impressive. I participate in many shows through out the year across the country, and this event, you and your staff are undoubtedly the most organized, helpful and pleasant to be around that I have the pleasure to attend. From the application (which is beautiful) to the unloading and loading up I thank you for all your hard work. See you in July.
