Cindy DePorter, North Carolina

Cindy has been a member of the USEA since 1977 and has competed through the Preliminary Three Day Event level. She has a Master's Degree in Social Work and is an Event "R" Judge, an "r" Course Designer and an "R" Event Technical Delegate. Cindy has completed all the course work and seminars and hopes to be an FEI "C" Technical Delegate by the end of the year. She co-organizes the Pinehurst Horse Trials, co-organizes the Area II Adult Rider Training Three Day with Gretchen Butts at Waredaca and is the National USEA Adult Rider Coordinator. Cindy works full time for the state of North Carolina in health regulation. She sits on several different USEA committees. Cindy lives in Oxford, NC with her two horses Buck and Mike, two donkeys, two Jack Russells, Jack and Rusell, her potbelly pig Grunt, and her fiancé Herb.
